Behind the Scenes at the Museum Stores
Unit G, Beacon Business Park, Weston Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0WL
Visit our main museum store! Take time to look around behind the scenes and view our fascinating stored collections. Staffordshire social history, costume, art and our nationally significant carriage collection will all be available to view.
This is a self-guided visit, but staff and volunteers will be on hand to highlight our treasures, tell you about their conservation and heritage roles, direct you around our site and answer your questions.
Our large object store will be open three times on the hour for those who would like to explore even more Staffordshire history.
As this is a working site please note that we ask you to not bring any food or drink, large bags or wet umbrellas inside the stores to help us protect our collections.
Please see below for access information. Free parking is available on site. Arrival instructions will be sent out closer to the event with full directions. Various arrival times are available - please book tickets for a particular timeslot; you can arrive at any time within the slot and stay as long you like up to 4pm.
