From Doomsday to the coming of the New Town of Milton Keynes in 1967! A snapshot of the history of the village and people of Woughton on the Green through the work and research carried out by Woughton Heritage, a local history group.

Display boards showcasing some of the work and studies carried out by Woughton Heritage - a local history group set up to research, collate and study the landscape, buildings and people of the ancient village of Woughton on the Gree, located at the very heart of the City of Milton Keynes. One of thirteen villages taken in by the development of the New Town, it has been considered one of the best preserved and boasts of one of the largest village greens in North Buckinghamshire!
