Going back to Norman times All Saints' Church has had several alterations. The spectacular East Window shows the saints. The Gascoigne chapel was altered by Mary Isabella Gascoigne and her husband in 1858. See the church clock with its famous red face. Re-ordering of the church took place in 2000 and 2010 but many of its ancient features still remain. Learn about the people who were commemorated on the various plaques around the church. Visitors are free to walk around on their own but there will be members of the Barwick-in-Elmet Historical Society available to give a guided tour if requested.
