All Hallows Church & Guided Churchyard Walk
All Hallows Road, Bispham, Lancashire, FY2 0AY
The half hour walk explores in a small way some of the people who influenced Blackpool’s early history.
Also a chance to explore this beautiful, historical ecclesiastical building. A short pre-recorded talk and the opportunity to have a look round. All Hallows being the only place of worship in Blackpool until 1821. A Church building is believed to have been on the site since at least 1189, rebuilt 1773 and again in 1883. So far as we know we are the only Church in England with a Norman entrance arch depicting astrological symbols.
