Pubs have always been integral to British society. The Brown Bear is one of the best known pubs in Berwick. In this online talk, Jim Herbert will take you on a journey from its origins in the early 18th century to modern times

Berwick had a large number of pubs in the past and the Brown Bear has been there for a number of centuries. Jim will talk about how the building changed not only architecturally, but how it has adapted to changes in Berwick society over the years.
