50th Anniversary Celebrations - Bradford Industrial Museum

We're going to back to the 70s for the 50th Anniversary of Bradford Industrial Museum,.
Visitors are encouraged to join us in 1970s fancy dress (BIM launched in 1974) as we host a street party style event.
They can also explore our permanent exhibitions, with the addition of volunteer demonstrations in the Print Gallery and Weaving Gallery. and and explore the redeveloped 1970s 'Back to back telling the story of new arrivals to the district.
With vintage stalls, catering vans and music outside, there's lots to see and do.

Most of the site is wheelchairs accessible, with the exceptions of specfic areas, like the upper floors of the mill managers house or the front rooms of the Back-to-backs -see here for additional clarification https://bradfordmuseums.org/accessibility-bradford-industrial-museum/ Likewise the majority of the event activities are planned to take place in areas that are fully accessible.
