A short video introduction to the life and papers of Adolph and Anna Brodsky, one of Manchester's most influential musical teams in the late 19th to early 20th century.

The Royal Northern College of Music invites you to learn about the fascinating Brodsky couple. Get to know them a little bit with some gorgeous anecdotes about their life. For instance how Anna nearly ran off with an unnamed political rebel before marrying Adolph, what the connection was between them and Tchaikovsky and the Griegs, and what the consequences were of driving a car in the early 20th century Manchester.
