Extra-ordinary exotic and not so exotic flavours informed by their travelling histories and imagined origins, coming together with local North East Flavours and exports: What has grown natively, and what has been imported through trade or invasions that have happened here. This flavour investigation will be held in the Molten Building, in Cliffords Fort on the Fish Quay, right on the port mouth. Food - it links all of us. And The Molten Building is aiming to be a Beyond Carbon Centre, so every mouthful reduces the carbon in the atmosphere – tasty!

Dedicated disabled parking is 150m away at the Low Lights Car Park - though parking near the event is possible. Do please email us for specific information. Changing Places toilet also at the Low Lights Car Park
