Wyndham Park Grantham is a World War I Memorial park, with recently restored heritage features. This year celebrates 100 years since the formal opening of Wyndham Park. Information panels around the park help to tell the story of the park.

On Saturday 14th September volunteers from the Wyndham Park Forum will have an additional history display set up for visitors, and will be able to provided a guided tour around Wyndham Park. These will take place at 10.30, 12 noon and 13.30. There will also be a children's trail available between 10.00 and 16.00.

Directions:
Wyndham Park Grantham has a free to use car park with no time limits on parking. However it can get busy. If there are no spaces then try the car park for Queen Elizabeth Park on Belton Lane. Alternatively there are town centre car parks all within about 5- 10 minutes walk to Wyndham Park.

All footpaths are suitable for wheelchairs etc. There are some paths with a slight incline, but alternative flatter routes are also available.

Additional information

Wyndham Park is open 24hrs, and visitors can do their own tour using the interpretation panels within the park. There is also a downloadable guided tour on the website. On Saturday 14th September there is the additional offer of a guided tour by volunteers and an historical display of information and photographs.
