Faversham and Ospringe are rich in Roman history and here is a chance to find out more. Faversham Stone Chapel is the only known example where a Romano-British temple or mausoleum has been incorporated into a later Christian church.

Join the site volunteers to discover the hidden secrets of Faversham Stone chapel and learn more about its significance to it's location.

Directions:
The chapel is in a field a short walk away from the road, across farmland and grass. The chapel is in a field immediately north of the A2, just west of Ospringe and opposite Faversham Road.
