Join Ian Binnie as he walks and talks his way through a small sample of graves in Brandwood End Cemetery, giving you a history of where, when and how these people lost their lives in 1944.

Ian will be leading a small group of people around some of the War Graves and Memorials to those who lost their lives in Military action in 1944.The Walk will cover some areas of very uneven ground and will not be suitable for those with severe mobility issues or wheelchair users. Ian aims at an hour but obviously that depends on the questions he is asked. Meet inside the entrance opposite the Lodge. Stout footwear is advisable. He will be not only be giving you information about the individuals but also what was happening nationally and internationally at the time.
