The exhibition "Wartime Life in the Cotswolds" is housed on the site of the former Memorial Hospital. The medical and military exhibits are housed in the air raid shelter and civilian services and domestic life in the hospital cottages adjacent.

The shelter was built for the patients and staff of the Memorial Hospital. The shelter section of the exhibition includes ARP equipment, British and Allied forces exhibits and others representing civil and military medical services. There are numerous artefacts connected with the many local RAF bases involved in aircraft maintenance and major operations such as D-day and
Operation Market Garden , the attempt to cross the River Rhine at Arnhem. In the cottages there are exibits connected with the Home Guard, Police and other Civilain Service which share space with examples of domestic life, including rationing, food production, make do and mend, national savings and there are numerous home made wartime toys. Wartime information films are on view and souvenirs are a available.

Vehicle access is via Sheep Street and there is pedestrian access off Cripps Road and the Brewery Car Park.
