Zine making and storytelling sessions based around local community folklore stories in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Join Pedestrian as they launch Tell Tall Tales; a new and exciting retelling of local folklore stories as told by young people in Leicester. Featuring the tales of Black Annis and The Nine o’clock Horses as well as some freshly unearthed surprises!

Come and meet the writers and illustrators, as well as the young researchers of this brand-new and exciting piece of Leicester heritage.

Whilst you’re here, you can be inspired by our story teller’s renditions of the Tall Tales, share your own family stories and even create your own folklore Zine to take home with you!

The library is on two floors, accessible via a lift or stairs. It has a wide front entrance with an accessible entrance with ramp adjacent to the main entrance. There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor for use with a Radar key
