Visit Lancashire Archives & Local History for a tour behind the scenes to see some of Lancashire's archive treasures! Celebrate routes, networks and connections with a display of archives and local history material relating to Preston Railway Station, a major interchange railway station on the West Coast Main Line built in 1838. Then why not visit the station itself, just 5 minutes from Lancashire Archives!

Local author and retired police officer, Mahmood 'Mebs' Ahmed will also be giving a FREE and engaging talk about his journey to Lancashire, his loves, life, and his career with Lancashire Constabulary from 11am to 12pm

Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of Lancashire Archives in the celebrated pop-up 'Cafe Archive'.
