St John Baptist is the largest Parish Church in Gloucestershire with a variety of medieval building styles. Guided Tours 14th Sept and Tower Tours 14th and 15th September.

Guided Tours Saturday 14th Sept at 10.30am and 2.30pm.
Free Tower Tour on Saturday 14th Sept 10am-4pm and Sunday 15th Sept 2-4pm ( weather dependant and children over 12 years only)
The Anne Boleyn Cup - given to a local Doctor by Elizabeth I and then later donated to the church

Decorated fan vaulted porch which was initially an office block for The Abbey of St Mary which stood until 1539 to the north of the Parish Church - the pro ch was later incorporated as the South Porch entrance to the church.

Saturday 14th September - Morning Prayer 9.15am, Midday Prayers and Eucharist 11.45am. Guided Tours at 10.30am and 2.30pm. Tower Open ( weather dependant) 10am-4pm - Children under 12 are not permitted to climb the tower. Sunday 15th September - Eucharist 8am, Eucharist 10am, Choral Evensong 4pm.Tower Open ( weather dependant) 2pm-4pm - Children under 12 are not permitted to climb the tower.
