  • In person

Come and see the finds from Kynance Gate, one of the ‘lost’ sites of Cornish archaeology. In the 1950s a schoolboy found pottery leading Headmaster, Ivor Thomas, from Landwednack School to carry out excavations between 1953-1963.

Join us at the museum to look at the finds from Kynance Gate and explore archaeological discoveries in partnership with the Cornwall National Landscape, Monumental Improvement project.

With finds on display, some from storage that have rarely been seen before. Lights up, so bring a sketchbooks or grab some paper and draw!
Design-your-own-bead! (Air dry clay and tools provided) inspired by the Kynance gate beads.
