Lyme Regis Cemetery Chapel

This small Church of England Chapel is a hidden, little seen gem, built in the 1850s in the Council Cemetery. The Chapel was decorated in 1892, paid for by Rev. Charles Myers. The beautiful, stencilled paintings on the ceiling and the walls were restored in 2019 by a local conservation artist, Adrian Everitt.

- Public carpark nearby. Two spaces at the entrance to the Charmouth Road Cemetery, 100 yards from the Chapel. Disabled people can be dropped off approximately 30 yards from the chapel, but they will need to be able to walk 30 yards up a slope. Accessible to electric buggy or wheelchair.
