Members from various local history and archive groups including our family history group & the local mining museum coming into the library on a day we are not normally open to the public.

We are approaching the various groups within our borough to come along and present their local knowledge in the form of displays. This will also include access to the computers to research family history & local history. There will be experts on hand to help people where needed. The public will also be able to become members of the library on this day so they can then access these groups in more depth in their own time.
