Celebrate nature and heritage with us at Mill Waters, with FREE traditional craft demo and activities, nature based crafts for kids, story trail, heritage display, traditional games, abseil from England's oldest railway viaduct*, live music and more!

We will be celebrating heritage and nature with live music, spoon carving and leather printing demo, give it a try lime plaster activity, nature based crafts for kids, Robin Hood story trail, traditional outdoor games, historic photos and the medieval ballad of The King & The Miller by Jack Burrows. You can even abseil from England's oldest railway viaduct (age 8+)!* Kings Mill Reservoir Model Boat Club host their weekly sail, Notts Fire and Rescue Service will be here and Mansfield Sea Cadets will be out on the water and ready to race at historic Mill Waters - come and cheer them on!

Event can be accessed on foot, by bike, bus or car and is wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Entry to the event is free. There is a nominal charge for car parking at Kings Mill Reservoir - free for up to 1hr, £1 for 2hrs and £ 2 for up to 4hours.
