Visit Bristol's Grade I Listed Baroque mansion and explore the Georgian interiors of the magnificent home of the Lords de Clifford. Enjoy the Sir John Vanbrugh designed house and garden buildings and take in the 300 acres of landscaped parkland.

Kings Weston house and park, hidden away in north Bristol, was once the home to the Irish Southwell family and later the wealthy Miles dynasty. Discover how the mansion was designed and built by Sir John Vanbrugh and evolved to celebrate the wealth and political ambitions of its owners over time. Courtesy of current owner John Barbey explore one of the finest collections of family portraits in the South West still decorating the huge saloon along with the giant skull of a Great Elk.

Join volunteers of the Kings Weston Action Group in free tours of the interiors and find out more in an exhibition of the park's history. Enjoy the new Sir John Vanbrugh cafe, which will be open throughout the day for refreshments. Pick up a guide and head out to explore the 300 acres of historic landscaped grounds around the house.
