Damhouse is a Grade 2* listed Manor House in 17acres of Woodland . It is currently owned by Morts Astley Heritage Trust and houses a Tea Room, offices and function rooms. The historical part of the building remains as it was in the 1500s.

On the Heritage Open Days there will be access to the top floor of the building, which has a short passage long gallery with many ancient timbers. There will be information displays, talks and tours throughout the weekend.

The hall has a rich history and has been a Manor house since the 1500s , an administration to a fever hospital, and is now looked after by the Trust to be preserved for the community.

We have a lift to all floors. The woodland is open to all visitors The Tearoom is open

While the house is open all year round for the Tea Room, the historical top floor is only open on HOD days or pre booked guided tours.
