Church will be open as part of Yorkshire Churches Open Day (September 14th 2024) for the public to view our rich heritage story. A number of heritage activities for visitors to participate in with heritage trails for young children.

This is an opportunity for visitors to engage with the rich heritage of All Saints Church by interacting with our quality heritage interpretation installations that bring the heritage stories of the church alive.
Yorkshire Churches Day (YCD) is a chance for every place of worship in the county to open up and showcase the amazing history and heritage found inside their buildings.
A day to tell stories and bring to life the variety, beauty, history and sheer wonder of Yorkshire’s churches, chapels and places of worship. The aim of the day is to encourage everyone to visit their local church even if they have never stepped foot inside a church before. It will be a day for those who are curious about the history and heritage of their local surroundings.
As a church, we have a very rich and detailed collection of heritage assets which were enhanced by a recently completed development project supported by heritage lottery funding. On the open day, there will be an opportunity for self-guided and led tours throughout the day as well as exploration trails for children.
