Adrian Hill art exhibition
Pomfret Gallery, Liquorice Way, Pontefract, West Yorkshire, WF8 1DR
Adrian was born and raised in South Elmsall and after leaving school he pursued his love of art by studying Art and Design in Bradford.
Adrian's preferred medium is oils and he is greatly influenced by the old masters as well as modern-day painters. His work tends to have a classic oil painting feel, combined with more modern abstract methods, creating a unique style without the limitations of what is traditionally right or wrong.
Adrian specializes in portrait paintings and has featured on Sky Portrait Artist of the Year. He is also an incredible landscape artist and his recent paintings of Pontefract have been a great success. His latest collection of local scenes combine old views of the town as well as present day scenes that have a traditional style.
